The recent recession that hit us has led to certain unattainable requisites laid out especially for newly passed outs in the job market. People equipped with excellent qualifications, expertise and up-to-date knowledge grab the opportunities for better openings leaving the freshers with just leftovers.
Such demanding scenarios of recession require tremendous struggle and cut throat competition to secure as well as maintain ones job in the market. If the same amount of time, money and efforts are directed towards becoming an entrepreneur, one will not only yield profits but also safeguard oneself against any future recessions.
Entrepreneurship or Self Employment fetches the opportunities to “Be your own Boss” and utilize all your skills to the fullest and at the same time enjoy your work. Today the situation lays emphasis on the need for entrepreneurs of tomorrow to be visionary and to act as social change agents, making meaningful contributions to the society and environment.

Opportunities differ across the board due to various inequalities existing in the country and hence when the opportunity arises, a display of compassion and social relevance in implementing of ideas is needed. For business ideas and opportunity evaluation, an understanding of macro and micro factors of the market and the industry is needed. It is through the medium of this workshop, that AeroSoft Corp. will nurture the young minds to channel their ideas in the right direction & in the right manner.
PURPOSE & NATURE :
AeroSoft Corp. will be organizing the 2010 Workshop "Entrepreneurship: How to get started with your own business , at several institutions around the country. This one-day intensive Workshop is designed for students and soon to be graduates who are interested in learning entrepreneurial skills to commercialize their knowledge and ideas. The participants will benefit from the very practical perspective provided in this workshop from both experts and co-participants.
GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
The objectives of this Workshop are to introduce to the students, the process, generation and commercialization of inventions. The goal is to induce in them the idea of self employment and providing them with expert guidance for becoming into successful entrepreneurs. The workshop will consist of lectures, case studies, group discussions and role-playing sessions related to setting up your own business, by our very own team members. [ Well qualified Entrepreneurs, CEO, Software Engineers, MCA, MBA ]
TOPIC OF DISCUSSION:
A detailed discussion covering all aspects of becoming an entrepreneur; this will consist of the very practical and initial steps needed to start any business. An exchange of expert knowledge, practical experiences and ideas between our speakers and the audience will be entertained. Range of topics will include: How to get started with a new business, what are the perks of being self employed, what difficulties you need to overcome, how to turn an idea into a business, how to successfully run your business, getting to know the risks involved, small business financing and business plan fundamentals and success stories followed by a question and answer session to conclude the workshop.

Shekhar started his flying career from Skycabs [ Colombo ] and worked for many Airlines Training Companies from different part of the world. He trained more then 350 Pilots who are flying world wide.
